After several months of usually regular fortnightly visits to Sala at Mandala Healing Garden now seems an appropriate time to offer a testimonial of my observations & experiences.

Originally my intent was on finding a reliable effective healer capable of delivering consistent reasonably predictable session results for a range of lifelong limitations & physical problems with no new age gimmicks or questionable modalities involved.

Over time it become self evident that Sala has exceeded expectations, even though there were no really firmly fixed specific outcomes in mind. Things just kept rolling along at a steady pace so now only via introspection in hindsight have the various improvements particulary connected to emotional & mental (thinking) issues become tangibly evident.

After some experimentation with the various modalities Sala offers I concluded that for my personal issues a combination which consistently delivers ongoing benefits is the eclectic mixing of music therapy, inhaling the vapours from her custon created bush flower essence cocktails, hands on acupressure, hands on reiki and hands off Reconnective ..... all in the same session.

After months of observation there has come an unmistakable feeling that Sala demonstrates an innate mystical ability to "sense" the appropriate hand based energy manipulation/redirection techniques for hands on, hands off work and this ability appears not to originate from book learning, rather from a natural instinctive subconscious source similar to that utilized by shamans.

During some parts of sessions perceptions and feelings of being involved with something non ordinary pervade strongly, plus the effects of energy manipulation are physically noticeable on a regular basis though always there persists an overall feeling of security.

The healing room itself seems to radiate an aura of calm on it's own which is consistent with charged spaces.

Overall, Sala demonstrates a consistently positive neutrality and willingness to be flexible in addition to delivering effective energy healing in a safe relaxed atmosphere.

Voodoo, advanced science, magic, beyond the normal ..... maybe a little of all .... but it works.

I have been under Sala's care since early 2004, after being referred by a close friend, and see her every couple of weeks, apart from holiday periods. At the time I commenced seeing her, I had just been diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and was suffering from a wide range of symptoms associated with the disease, one of the most debilitating being a lack of energy, which meant that I had trouble working a 5 day week.

Since I have been seeking Sala, the original symptoms have disappeared and although not in remission, my condition has not developed and I no longer see my specialist. My general health has improved, I have more energy and only get an occasional virus. As well as physical ailments, Sala has also treated me for the emotional ups and downs of normal living, as well as giving me tips on losing weight and exercise to tone stomach muscles. She also gives the best facial massages. I look forward to Sala's sessions every fortnight as I always leave feeling energised and nutured, often having fallen asleep during the session. I highly recommend her services to all.

The moment my Sound Healing treatment began I had an immediate sense of relief. I felt relaxed, at peace and “at home”. It was as if whatever had been subconsciously troubling me was being gently targeted into submission. After the session the feeling of relaxation continued for the rest of the day and I slept well that night. I believe Sound Healing was able to restore my health to balance on a profoundly deep, core level and would recommend it to anyone. It left me feeling lighter, relaxed and free.

I have been seeing Sala for almost three years now, mainly as a kinesiologist. I'm a strong believer in the body having a memory and the body being able to hold onto trauma even after the mind has let it go. I had seen other kinesiogists but Sala was the one who enabled my body to finally let go. She is one of those people you meet, and know they are living and doing the very thing they were born to do. Recently, i have tried Sala's SOUND HEALING. It is a chance for my body and mind to let go at the same time, and this important for a person who thinks allot, and I think allot. During these sessions i am able to physically and mentally drift into a deep relaxation. I feel my body moving through things, letting go and when i try to hold onto those feelings with my thoughts, i cant, even if i really, really concentrate. I guess its the vibrations gently shaking my thoughts away. Even days after i can still feel the gentle effects of the sound waves vibrating through my body. It's like my body is massaging itself from the inside out.

The way Sala works is completely at odds with my conventional western medical training (I'm a nurse), but there's no doubting her skill! After only 3 sessions I feel remarkably different; bodily habits of a lifetime have changed. I have a strong tendency to hold my breath (or to breathe shallowly with my shoulders hunched and back rounded) when I'm anxious. I'm usually completely unaware of this, but Sala has released me from this restriction, and left my back soft and at ease. Lots of subtle improvements on my old and ineffecient ways of coping are emerging under her guidance. I'm free from pain, sleeping and eating well, and again trust my body to carry me forward despite difficult circumstances. I'm delighted!

I was recommended to see Sala by my friend who spoke highly about how much Sala had helped her.

I knew a little about Kinesiology so I understood the initial technique that Sala used to diagnose the root cause of the physical ailments and emotional issues that I had. What I really enjoyed is how Sala explained the root cause but also how she then gently cleared it. I felt deeply relaxed and nurtured during the healing process. Everything she spoke about made sense and I left her feeling calm and lighter. I have been going to Sala this year for monthly maintenance since first going to her for nightly for 3 months last year. Sala has been going to the root of the emotional issues that have blocked my life. With each block that have been moved. I am relaxed, my work environment is happier and I sleep soundly. I am so thankful for the treatments I recieve from Sala. She has a deep conversation with my body and the cells, muscles, skin, nerves even the root canals of my teeth are soothed and energized. "I had irregular and severe period pains since my teenage years. I got fibroid twice. I was fortunate to meet Sala who educated me about childhood traumas and how these can affect a person during adulthood. I underwent many sessions with Sala and also learnt Reiki from her. I have more confidence now. My periods became normal and I haven't been fibroid for a year and half. I believe it won't recur.
