Bodily habits of lifetime have changed (57yr/Sydney/female)

The way Sala works is completely at odds with my conventional western medical training (I’m a nurse), but there’s no doubting her skill! After only 3 sessions I feel remarkably different; bodily habits of a lifetime have changed. I have a strong tendency to hold my breath (or to breathe shallowly with my shoulders hunched and back rounded) when I’m anxious. I’m usually completely unaware of this, but Sala has released me from this restriction, and left my back soft and at ease. Lots of subtle improvements on my old and ineffecient ways of coping are emerging under her guidance. I’m free from pain, sleeping and eating well, and again trust my body to carry me forward despite difficult circumstances. I’m delighted!
